RAPHAEL - Joyce D: Formally of 
Maryland, St. Andrew, who died on 
Friday, April 17, 2015 at her 
daughter's residence in Valley 
Stream, New York, USA. She was a 
Justice of the Peace for St. Andrew, 
Secretary of the Woodford PC Bank, 
and an ardent member of the St. 
Stephen's Anglican Mission. She 
received the Badge of Honour for 
Meritorious Service in recognition of 
service to the community in 1997. 
She leaves behind children, 
grand-children, great-grandchildren, 
great-great-grandchildren, sister, 
nieces, nephews, God-children, and 
other relatives and friends.
Funeral will be held in NewYork, May 
2, 2015.
