step-mother, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, father 
Leslie Collins, grandparents Florette & 
Leslie Barrett, aunts, uncles, nieces, 
nephew, other relatives and friends. 
Funeral service will be December 29, 
2013 at 1pm at Half Way Tree S.D.A, 
6-12 Molynes Rd. Interment at 
Meadowrest Memorial Gardens.
