James- Dominic Alessandro: Passed away Tuesday September 20,2016 Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Olivia Grange has expressed profound grief at the death of young footballer, Dominic James.
The St George’s College student collapsed shortly after the start of his school’s Manning Cup game with Excelsior High at Stadium East. He is affectionately called “Delly”, James’ positive impact on others both on and off the field was evident by the hundreds of mourners who turned out yesterday to bid farewell to the once-promising and well-loved footballer at a thanksgiving service for his lifeSaturday October 8,2016 at the Holy Trinity Cathedral on North Street in Kingston and will be laid to rest during a private interment at a later date.
