MCGRATH - Cynthia Madge (Mams): Formerly of Duhaney Park & Min of Health. Died peacefully at home in Jacksonville, Florida, U.S.A on October 17, 2015. Leaving beloved daughter Heather-Kay (Chunx), cousins- Castel, Albert, Richard, Maureen, Winsome, Gracie and their families; and other relatives and dear friends. Thanksgiving service will be held in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday, October 31, 2015
